  Great service but their lenses suck
  I recently bought two pairs of multi-focal glasses from Specsavers Orion. I have had many pairs of multi-focal lenses before these so I know it takes a little time to adjust to them.
  
  Daytime viewing with the reading glasses is OK, but night viewing is pathetic. If you are driving a car they are really dangerous. They have this blurred flare around any lights that makes it almost impossible to see safely. If you are driving a car in city traffic at night you are almost doing it blind with constant blurred vision. And if it is raining you can forget about it.
  I have to put on my old scratched multi-focal glasses if I drive at night but the blur is gone & I can see again.
  
  Their prescription sun glasses are OK in the shade but they are almost useless in the sun & these are supposed to be polarized.
  The glare is so bad through these things that I cannot wear them at all when driving in bright sun & that is not an exaggeration.
  
  I am so disappointed in both pairs of specsavers glasses that I will have to go somewhere else to get another set so I can actually see again.
  When you pay the high premium that they charge for what are supposed to be the best glasses you expect them to be perfect, but unfortunately mine are not even close.

  The staff at Specsavers was outstanding!! Very professional and expedient! And so friendly! They made me feel at ease and I love my new glasses!

  Pretty disappointed with the service. My wife and I went into the shop together for her appointment that she booked. I just wanted to get a new pair of glasses, but after 10 minutes of looking around, nobody had approached me to see if I needed a hand (currently on crutches so it's not like disappeared in the background) but to be fair at this point the store was busy. I had a seat while my wife was getting her eyes checked and then went and had another look around. Store was not busy at all and I keep looking at staff trying to get someone's attention but after other 15 minutes my wife was all finished and I decided not to bother, since nobody could even just ask if I needed a hand or was looking for something. I'd recommend an appointment so you can get some service. Positive note, my wife was very happy with her service!

  Very professional and polite. They were very friendly and helpful. Would highly reccomend. Would not go to any other optometrist. Very Happy with the great customer service

  Staff were very friendly and very efficient. I was able to get some good information from the optometrist and the lady helping me choose glasses was very, very helpful. When I picked up my new glasses the lady recognised me and asked how everything had gone and then adjusted the glasses for me. I had cause to go back again a week later to have them re-adjusted due to wearing of masks, and another staff member served me and was also very pleasant and helpful.
